While Applying A Patch Script ademusr.sql Fails With ORA-01720 (Doc ID 1209674.1)

Symptoms

When applying patch 11i.ATG.PF.H.RUP7 (patch 6241631), script ademusr.sql. reports  following error in the worker log:

GRANT select on FND_OAM_DBAUSERS_VL to em_oam_monitor_role

AD Worker produces the following ORACLE error:

ORA-01720: grant option does not exist for 'SYS.DBA_USERS'

occurred while executing the SQL statement:

GRANT select on FND_OAM_DBAUSERS_VL to em_oam_monitor_role
