Is it Possible to Default Security Method to Team in Personalization? (Doc ID 1212373.1)

When creating a vacancy as iRecruitment Manager, you have a business requirement that the radio button
(under the 'Enter Team Members' page) to be defaulted to a different value than Business and Team.

However, when attempting to change the Personalization Property Initial Value to T or other value at Site Level, it is not working.  Business and Team is still the default radio button checked.

Can this be achieved?
