Clicking on an "Involved Party Location" from a Shipment's Involved Party tab, results in the following exception

STEPS
-----------------------

1. Login to OTM
2. Navigate Shipment Management >Shipment Management > Buy Shipment
3. Select and Edit a shipment
4. Navigate to Involved Parties tab
5. Click on a "Involved Party Location" link
4. System generates the reported error
