Invoice Search By Issue Date Doesn't Work For Same As Operand

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Expect the Invoices that have that Issue Date to be returned.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 - Log onto an OTM 5.5.06 system.
2 - Navigate to: Financials > Payment Invoice Management > Payment Invoice.
3 - Locate an existing Invoice.
4 - In the Involved Parties tab the GLOG Reference Number has an Issue Date, note this down, for example: 29/08/2007
5 - Return to the Invoice Search Screen.
6 - In the 'Issue Date' field enter the date noted down in step 4, for example 29/08/2007 with SAME AS
7 - Click 'Search'.
8 - No records are returned.
