OTM: Issue with Integration in Oracle Transportation Management (Doc ID 1221264.1)

Symptoms



Client send XML with Late Delivery date with ~ to set the date field to NULL and get the error as below:
<IMessageCode>INVALID_DATE_FORMAT</IMessageCode><IMessageText>THE DATE
ELEMENT TimeWindow.LateDeliveryDt WITH VALUE IS NOT OF FORMAT
YYYYMMDDHHMMSS</IMessageText>

They are referring us to page of the Integration Guide where we see the following:

"To update date fields with NULL values, submit a value of '~' in the date element(s) of the inbound TransOrder XML."
