Symptoms
On Domestic Packing List report when Run Online for a selected Shipment, resulting Report will be empty, unless the items on the shipment have a HAZMAT PACKAGE TYPE ID

Expect all items to show on report
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Log into OTMv6.1.
2. Navigate Shipment Management > Reports > Domestic Packing List - Run Online, select a Shipment, then Submit.
3. Resulting Report will be empty, unless the items on the shipment have a Hazmat Package Type ID (NOTE: you can update one to get it to appear in the report - package type can be default).
