Symptoms
A Purchase Order (PO) shows FULLY RECEIVED even though there is quantity to receive outstanding. The user cannot receive the remaining quantity.
In this case, the item was serialized so the remaining serial numbers show status intransit (current_status 5).
Example
PO Quantity: 6000
Received Quantity: 5947
Balance to be received: 53
Steps
1. Inventory > Transactions > Receiving > Receipts
2. Query the purchase order receipts.
3. Cannot complete the Purchase Order receipt
