Update Special Service Agent Action Not Working (Doc ID 1225375.1)

Symptoms

When entering a tracking event with updates to special service remarks, an agent is triggered to update the shipment. But this fails with the following error:

Cannot update the SHIPMENT_SPEC_SERVICE_REMARK record. DOMAIN_NAME must be set.

To reproduce:

Create a Tracking Event with proper event DTTM and Shipment ID
In the Special Service tab of the Tracking Event select a special service existing on the Shipment
Enter the completion state
Enter service and special service remarks.
Create an agent which gets triggered by the status code
Invoke the agent action "update special service".
