Symptoms

Oracle Applications 12.1.1

XLAACCUP module: Accounting Program concurrent request spawned from Create Accounting - Receiving terminate in error while others complete normally.
The log files of requests that terminate in error display errors like the following:

An internal error has occurred in the program xla_je_validation_pkg.balance_by_intercompany. ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOW

An internal error has occurred in the program xla_accounting_pkg.unit_processor. ORA-14403: cursor invalidation detected after getting DML

Steps to Replicate
Reports > Run > Single Request
Name = Create Accounting - Receiving

Changes

Set the number of processors (Cost Management Accounting Setups) to a number > 1
