Unable to Release an Order Base Line When Entered in Non-Default Weight Unit of Measure (Doc ID 1228279.1)

Symptoms

When an order base is set to Allow Over Releasing = Never, if the weight of line item is in KG, when it is converted to LB (default setting), the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------

Failed to create order release. For order base line XX.TEST1-001, the new
total released weight 34.833037080000004 LB is greater than line weight 15.8
KG and over releasing is not allowed.

STEPS
-----------------------

1. Log in to OTM
2. Create a new Order Base as follows:

Order Base ID: Enter an ID
Allow Over Releasing: Never
Please Select Ship Unit or Line Item: Line Item

3. On the next tab, create a new line item

Packaged Item ID: Default
Total Package Count: 1
Source Location ID: SOURCE
Destination Location ID: DESTINATION
Shippable Box checked
Net Weight: 15.8 KG (for example)

4. Click save and then finished
5. System throws the reported error
