Unprocessed Material Transaction Processor Error Fails In OE_DROP_SHIPMENT (Doc ID 1228463.1)

OEXUSCHB.pls, Interface Trip Stop (ITS), “Process Transaction Interface”(short name INCTCM), “Inventory Transaction Worker” (short name INCTCW), MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS_TEMP table.

Symptoms

Find that unprocessed Material Transactions are stuck in table, MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS_TEMP, with the following error:

Transaction processor error Fails in OE_DROP_SHIPMENT

Expected Behavior
Expect to be able to process material transactions pending in table, MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS_TEMP.

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Inventory Material Transactions.
2. The “Process Transaction Interface”(short name INCTCM) is the manager that will launch the “Inventory Transaction Worker” (short name INCTCW) to process the transactions in the MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS_TEMP table.
3. View unprocessed : Transactions: Inventory > Transactions > Pending Transactions
