Symptoms
Loading a CSV file where a value for a boolean variable is set to "Y". This CSV was successfully loaded, however, when looking at the value stored in the database, it is still marked as "N".
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OTM
2. Upload the csv file that contains a boolean field with a value of "Y"
3. Check on this data in the OTM database to see that the value is still stored as "N"
