Symptoms

When attempting to setup the 11g BI Publisher scheduler and testing the JMS connection following error occurs.

ERROR

"JMS test failed. null"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Configure the scheduler.
Choose WebLogic as the JMS provider.
Test the JMS connection.
Get error message.
