Symptoms
On : 6.0.4 version,
Rating fails using Kewill if the city name is longer than 20 characters, the name sent to Kewill appears to be truncated.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Try to plan a shipment using Kewill for an order that has the city name is longer than 20 characters.
For example:
Order with City: EXAMPLE LONG TEXT NAME
If you plan the order on a buy direct shipment, it will fail to rate.
In the log, you can see that the city name is being truncated.
