Chargeable Weight Not Displaying Dimensional Weight.

Symptoms
When an Order Release is planned onto shipment using a Rate that is configured with a Dim Rate Factor, the Dimensional Weight is correctly used in the calculation of the Rate Cost, however the display of the "Chargeable Weight" on the shipment's cost details does not show the Dimensional Weight being used. The "Chargeable Weight" is displayed as the actual shipment weight.
