Goal

I am looking to entering a new license in GTM and also be able to assign multiple items/products to a particular license. However, I noticed that the only possibly place to enter a license is at the Registration screen (which is related to Party Registration). Is there another place where licenses can be entered without entering party information and also are we allowed to assign multiple items/products to these licenses?
