Goal

Please can you clarify what it means when a Service Request or Defect is given a Component of 'Inventory Convergence'?

We have seen numerous Service Requests where this has happened, but are not aware of any functionality called 'Inventory Convergence' being accessible from either the Discrete or Process Manufacturing Inventory responsibility.
