Symptoms
When trying to run one of the standard reports (e.g. Orders by Pickup Stops and Bill of Lading), client is getting the following error:
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-29540: class DbLocalTimestamp does not exist ORA-06512: at "GLOGOWNER.UTC", line 65 ORA-06512: at "GLOGOWNER.UTC", line 34 .
