On : 12.1.1 version, Budgets and related objects

When attempting to schedule a budget formula, while entering the parameters and accessing the budget field
the following error occurs.

FRM-41830: List of Values contains no entries


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define budget formula
2. Try to schedule it
3. Nothing in the LOV for field Budget on the scheduling parameters.
