Symptoms
On E-Business Suite 11i or R12 version, the Gather Statistics with GATHER AUTO option fails with the following errors:
ORACLE error 20001 in FDPSTP
Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-20001: SYS_NTF0BFVHKIJ17GRAAHKBGRIG== is an invalid identifier
