Symptoms
When attempting to export the BS_REASON_CODE.csv, receiving the following error:

XML Parsing Error: Not well-formed
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Navigate to Business Process Automation > Data Export > CSV Export
2. Select Run from Export CSV
3. Select Table Name of BS_REASON_CODE click Run
