Goal
How does one correct the hire date for an employee who has a Unrestricted life event in started status?
When attempting to correct the hire date, the following error occurs:
APP-PER-449869: Cause: You cannot change the Original Hire Date of this employee, as life events associated with this employee exist either in the 'Processed' or 'Started' state.
Action: Run the Back-Out Life Events program to backout the 'Processed' or 'Started' event to change the hire date.

Steps to Reproduce
1. US Super HRMS Manager Responsibility
2. Hire an Employee
3. Try to enroll in unrestricted benefits so Unrestricted event goes to started status
4. Go to the person form
5. Change the hire date to the day before.
6. Receive error.
