On : 12.1.1 version, Catalog items

Find searching for criteria where Make/Model "is not" (string) is still returning values where (string) is the Is Not value

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect search to work logically and not show these values.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. An item has multi row attributes like MAKE, MODEL
The search criteria of advanced search is : MODEL is not Cilo 2
On executing the search the search result is listing items that has attribute MODEL as Cilo 2.
