Symptoms

The concurrent program delivery options are not working through Delivery Opts for Email Notification. When a request is submitted and the Delivery Opts button is selected for sending an Email Notification the following error appears in the request log file:

Beginning post-processing of request 7584114 on node FPS3 at 13-OCT-2010 16:22:52.
Post-processing of request <request id> failed at 13-OCT-2010 16:22:52 with the error message:
One or more post-processing actions failed. Consult the OPP service log for details.

The OPP manager log file contains the following error:

at oracle.apps.fnd.cp.opp.EmailDeliveryProcessor.deliver(EmailDeliveryProcessor.java:66)
at oracle.apps.fnd.cp.opp.DeliveryProcessor.process(DeliveryProcessor.java:91)
at oracle.apps.fnd.cp.opp.OPPRequestThread.run(OPPRequestThread.java:176)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Log into System Adminstrator responsibility.
2.  Select request to submit.
3.  Select Delivery Opts button.
4.  Input information for the 'From', 'Subject', 'To', 'For Language' fields.
5.  Submit.
6.  Request Completes with Warning.
