Symptoms


When attempting to cost material transactions, the transaction failed validation and one of the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------

ORA-20100: File o0211330.tmp creation for FND_FILE failed

or

ORA-20100: Temporary file creation for FND_FILE failed

Or

ORA-20100: FND_FILE could not write to file.

 
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Launch the Cost Manager, CMCTCM, that spawns an associated cost worker.
2. View material transactions that were unprocessed and uncosted.
