Dunning Letter is Generated Regardless of Minimum Profile Amount for Dunning (Doc ID 1260964.1)

Symptoms

A Dunning Letter is generated for the amount 4.05, yet the customer's profile amount at the account level has the Min Dunning Invoice Amount equal to 10 for the CAD currency, therefore the dunning letter should not have been generated.
