Find Actual cost process ending with warning


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OPM financials>Actual cost process.

Item may have warnings in view error messages of Actual cost process.

Say unable to find inventory balance in prior period or unable to find cost component dtl in prior period. We have to check transactions for that item. For example during the period only miscellaneous receipt and Expense allocation are the only transactions, then process may not be able to apply Quantity and associated cost in Actual transaction view. To overcome this work around is using minute quantity PO receipt or doing Average cost adjustments where we can give negligible quantity as transaction quantity. This makes process apply costs and quantities properly.
