1. Create a work order for a BOM with status unreleased (this is the only WO for this assembly)
2. Create ECO
3. Approve ECO
4. Implement ECO
5. ECO fails
Settings
1. Update Jobs / Schedules, Revised Item Setting is set to Yes
2. Profile ENG:Update Un Released Wip Jobs - set as Yes at responsibility level
3. Profile WIP:Exclude ECOs - set as Open at site level
