Symptoms
On an R12.1.1 production instance, the MLOG$_ENI_OLTP_ITEM_STAR is around 23G. There are 14 million rows in ENI_OLTP_ITEM_STAR and 142 million in MLOG$_ENI_OLTP_ITEM_STAR. The customer has reviewed <note:1063953.1> and this note specifically mentions <note:367693.1>. Note 367693.1 talks about truncating MLOG$_ENI_OLTP_ITEM_STAR if you are not using Daily Business Intelligence (DBI), however, they are using DBI for Projects reporting. They need specific direction on what to do with the table ENI_OLTP_ITEM_STAR and MLOG$_ENI_OLTP_ITEM_STAR when Projects Intelligence (PJI) is in use.
