Since upgrading from R12.1.2 to R12.1.3 the concurrent programs IEX: Scoring Engine Harness and IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers end on warning and no output is generated for Canadian French customers.

You see that the concurrent program IEX: Scoring Engine Harness was text output type in R12.1.2, but it became xml output type in R12.1.3.

The log file shows the following:

The Output Post Processor log file shows the following:
