Symptoms
On : 6.1.2 version,
When attempting to send voucher interface transmission, the following error occurs in the logs.
ERROR

The transaction is no longer active - status: 'Marked rollback.
No further JDBC access is allowed within this transaction.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Financials > Payment Invoice Management > Voucher > Send Voucher Interface.
