Symptoms

When attempting to run PAAPIMP_SI module: PRC: Interface Supplier Costs, the following error occurs.

     ORA-20003: import1_prog:ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("PA"."PA_EXPENDITURE_ITEMS_ALL"."BILLABLE_FLAG")



The audit report (AUD: Supplier Costs Interface Audit) may also indicate the following exception for transactions which should be imported:

     "An ORACLE error has caused Transaction Import to abort"
