API Error(CS_SR_TASK_AUTOASSIGN_PKG.Assign_Task_Resource) Error While Autogenerating Tasks On SR Creation (Doc ID 1265606.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create SR with auto task generation feature enabled the following error occurs and auto tasks are not generated and are not assigned automatically

No resources found.Please try again
Click OK

API Error(CS_SR_TASK_AUTOASSIGN_PKG.Assign_Task_Resource):
Unable to automatically assign task owner.

Reasons may include
-No Service territory qualifies
-No preferred resources found in service contract or Oracle Installed Base (depending on system profile "JTFAM:Resource Search Order")
-Assigned resources that they are not available

Please check setup or assign task manually

Click OK



The application could not automatically generate tasks for :Support.
Please review the API Error messages below and create tasks manually:
The application could not automatically assign an owner for task template :A task owner is mandatory

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Field Service Dispatcher - > Service Requests - >Create service requests.
2.Generating tasks automatically on Service request creation.

While a service request is created , tasks is not creating , tasks owner is not populating.
