Symptoms
On OTM 5.5.06.05 when trying to click Finished on a certain shipment the following error arises.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 - Log onto OTM.
2 - Navigate to Transportation Planning and Execution > Shipment Management > Buy Shipment.
3 - Search for and Edit a Shipment
4 - Make no changes.
5 - Click Finished.
6 - The following error is displayed (please note this is the full stack trace)
NOTE: Once checked a Reference Number Qualifier had been added with was a URL link to a non-OTM URL
