Symptoms

POREQCHA notifications are not being received in Lotus Notes. The same notification can be seen and approved successfully in the core Purchasing application Notification Summary.

ERROR
-----------------------
In wf_notifications:
Mail is open
Msg Type is Failed.

REPLICATION STEPS
-------------------------------
1. User submits a requisition change request.
2. A notification is available in Worklist, but no email is
received in Lotus Notes: WF_NOTIFICATIONS.MAIL_STATUS = FAILED
