How to Identify Signed/Active Contracts Which Have Been Terminated With a Future Date (Doc ID 1268250.1)

Contracts that are not yet active can be terminated, but the status remains 'Signed'.  Then when the start date is reached, the contracts change to Terminated status until the Contract Status Change by Contract or Contract Status Change by Range concurrent programs are run after the termination date is past.  Similarly 'Active' contracts stay in Active status when a termination date is in the future. 

How is it possible to identify contracts that are in this future terminated status?
