'Transfer to GL' Processes Successfully, but No Entries are Created in General Ledger

Symptoms
Execute the Transfer to GL process and confirmed that it executed successfully. Attempted to import journals entries into General Ledger (GL) but no records are available to be imported.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Responsibility: US Super HRMS Manager
- Navigate: Processes & Reports > Submit Processes and Reports
- Select Single Request
- Select Process Name: Transfer to GL
