Goal

The Oracle Contract Terms Template (OKCTERMS_en.xsl) is the seeded layout template for printing contract terms.  This layout template comes with a predefined layout and it's sometimes necessary to amend this layout to meet specific formatting needs.

The following documentation contains some advice and guidance on setting up a new layout template:
Oracle Contracts
Implementation and Administration Guide
Release 12.1
Part No. E13469-04
Chapter 4.

This note will look at some common requirements for amending the seeded layout template:

  1. Hiding the Signature block.
  2. Hiding the Section titles.
  3. Hiding the Clause titles.
  4. Center-align the section and clause titles.

Changing the seeded template or creating a new template is considered to be customization and Oracle Support cannot help in how to customize or how to create the code for a new template.  This note is provided for GUIDANCE ONLY and the changes noted are NOT SUPPORTED which means that Oracle Support cannot help you to resolve any issues arising from its use.
