Most of the problems faced during ATO/ PTO/ CTO issue are resolved by applying certain patches or Setups.

This Primary Note would help in bringing all such notes together to a single location so that customers can easily go through these notes and decide upon missing patches or if the behavior observed is standard in nature before raising a new Service Request.
