Symptoms
In Release 12.1.2, an Internal Requisition was created in XX and imported as an Internal Order in the YY, picked and shipped. No accounting distributions are generated for transaction type "Internal Order Intransit Ship". There is an error both in the logfile of the CMCMCW, Material cost transaction worker and for the transaction Error_Code in the mtl_material_transactions table. This is an upgrade from
R11.5.10.2 to R12.1.2. The issue is happening for many items.
