HTTP 404 Error On Viewing Order Base From Shipment Screen

Symptoms
When you try to expand the buy shipment inquiry screen (i.e. the "+" tree view) to view the order bases associated with the shipment, you recieve an error :

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Shipment Management --> Buy Shipments
2. Search for a shipment
3. Click the + to expand.
4. Click the + Next to Order Releases.
5. Click the + Next to Order Bases.
6. Click on the Order Base Hyperlink.
7. Note the error:
