Symptoms

When attempting to deliver some goods to Inventory, the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced as followed:

1. Create and Approve Purchase Order
2. Receive the goods initially in a past date (03-Oct-2010)
3. Inspect the goods in a past date (03-Oct-2010)
4. Receive the goods today and trying to enter the same date (i.e.03-Oct-2010), the system will prevent you and an error message appeared.
