When trying to send mass emails via Oracle Marketing the 1-1 Fulfillment Server requests remain 'In Progress'. We would expect the requests to go to a status of 'Successful'.
The Following error is noted in the Errors.log file:
Time : --Thu Nov 18 13:40:27 GMT 2010--3 seconds, 294 milliseconds--
Note : unable to process batch segments
oracle.apps.jtf.fm.engine.request.WorkNotCompletedException: request '11640'; no records returned from mass query > SELECT e.event_offer_name event_name,
- When sending a test email for a cover letter is sent this goes through successfully.
- When running the above sql from a sqlplus session on the 1-1 Fulfillment Server a record is returned.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 Generate a Mass 1-1 Fulfillment Request through Oracle Marketing Online.

The request summary for the email has been triggered but stays in status 'In Progress'.
