Order Management Attributes Greyed Out At Order Management For Items

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Customer has multiple Organizations and are using the copy option when creating an item.
When they copy item options in one particular organization when they go to the Order Management tab the flags: CUSTOMER ENABLED CUSTOMER ORDER ENABLED INTERNAL ORDER ENABLED the Order management flags are not set and are greyed out and can not be updated.
