Symptoms
On 12.1.3 version, Business Intelligence (OLTP), after upgrading the database to 11.2.0.2 from 10.2.0.4 and applying merge patches, 9179588, 9477107, 7461070 the patch fails in both biv_b_age_h_sum_mw.xdf with ora-54015 in patch 6678700 the failure did not occur when upgrade was previously performed with 11.2.0.1 database:
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Upgrade the database to 11.2.0.2
2. Apply patches 9179588, 9477107, 7461070
3. Errors appear.
