Symptoms

After applying 12.1.3 upgrade, and translation patches, the following objects were not successfully generated:

ssp reports/I SSPRPELR.rdf
ssp reports/I SSPRPWKS.rdf
bom reports/D CSTRAIVR.rdf
ja reports/CS JAINMCEN.rdf
ja reports/D JAINMCEN.rdf
ja reports/ESA JAINMCEN.rdf
ja reports/FRC JAINMCEN.rdf
ja reports/HU JAINMCEN.rdf

When trying to generate the reports using adadmin, the following error is seen in the workers log files:
