A proper error message is expected, to force the user to select an itinerary.

Steps to reproduce:

* Tick Order Release
* Actions
* Order Management
* Manage Buy Order Movement
* Show Itineraries
* on the result screen do NOT select an itinerary, just click "create"

=> OTM generates a null pointer error
=> if you select an itinerary, it works as expected
