Goal

Why are we unable to delete a line on the returned requisition?

STEPS
1.Navigate to Responsibility: iProcurement
2.iProcurement home page opens.
3.Click on Change icon. for a requisition
4.Select the line and click delete button
5.Can see Error: Returned requisition line(s) can not be deleted
