When attempting to amend a lease to early termination, any of the following error occurs.

PN_UNAPPROVE_SCH_FOR_RETRO_MSG

Or

PN_APPROVE_UN_SCH_PAYMT_TERMS

Or

"There are approved schedules containing items from this term. Please unapprove schedules in the affected periods before making this change."
