Symptoms



When attempting to use the autoreceipt functionality in depot repair to receive the repair item through just the Repair Order form, the following error occurs.

ERROR

"Error occurred in receiving processor"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Go to Depot Repair responsibility
  2. Create Repair Order for a serialized item with quantity 1
  3. Go to logistics tab, Book the Repair Order
  4. Click on "Receive" button in the logistics tab
  5. Prompt appears that item is eligible for auto-receipt
  6. The error message "Error occurred in receiving processor" appears
